Aligning Career with Parenthood
An integrated leadership group coaching program
You don't have to choose between thriving at home and succeeding at work.
Perhaps you recognize yourself here.
You are a parent and a professional.
You care deeply about your family and your career.
Maybe you're just back from parental leave. Maybe you're fully in the trenches of working parenthood.
Or maybe you've stepped back from paid work but still want to stay connected to your professional identity.
Wherever you are, you want more than advice.
You want a space to reflect deeply, take action, and create real change.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and shared sympathies with friends.
However, genuine change occurs in spaces like this, where reflection leads to action, and action fosters lasting growth.
The Journey: Session Framework
Here's what we'll explore together over four accelerated sessions. Sessions are held virtually every Tuesday in April, 2026, noon MST, for one hour.
-
From Compass to Clarity
Establish shared norms, expectations, and trust within the group.
Clarify where you are now and what this current season of leadership and parenthood demands.
Begin noticing where your current reality feels misaligned or forced.
-
When the Fit Feels Tight
Build awareness of guilt, self-doubt, and over-responsibility triggers.
Shift from judgment to discernment to increase clarity and confidence.
Choose one intentional priority shift at work or at home.
-
The Cost of Forcing the Fit
Identify and prioritize your most finite personal and professional resources.
Recognize and articulate the value of invisible and non-monetary contributions.
Assess where mental load is unevenly distributed.
Define and commit to one clear boundary to protect energy and focus.
-
Solutions for modern working parenthood in a world not built for working parents
Name the structural realities of modern work and caregiving.
Distinguish between systemic friction and personal shortcoming.
Redesign one element of your work or home operating model
Commit to one strategic shift that better fits this season of life.
